The Singapore National Economics Olympiad is a three-stage selection process, running from late January to mid-June, where applicants complete online testing, proctored examinations, and participate in an in-person bootcamp. Participants are tested on economics, finance, modelling, and estimation, and the top five are sent to represent Singapore globally.

SGNEO 2026 Round 1 will take place online in late January to early February, followed by Round 2 on 13–14 June 2026. Expressions of interest will open on 19 February 2026.
